You'll be up and running with e-clinic after a half-day training session and we'll leave you with a welcome pack which includes a full manual and a handy hints sheet. Afterwards, we'll still be right there if you need us. We offer both practical telephone and online support via an ADSL connection. You can call us with any queries, and if the problem is more serious, we can connect directly to your computer and give hands-on help.
