Our Pricing

Unlike some of our competitors, there are no hidden prices. The price you see is the price you'll pay. There's no extra charge for 'additional modules' which perform basic functions. We know you want to send letters, so we don't charge extra for a 'word processing module'. Every clinic needs to book appointments, so there's no extra cost for a 'diary option'. We assume you might have more than one practitioner, so we let you set up unlimited diaries at no extra charge. e-clinic really is a complete, integrated clinic management system at a fair, fully inclusive price.

Our standard package for 1 PC is £1,200 + VAT. The price includes on-site installation and full staff training. For networked systems or multi-site options, call usto discuss pricing.

Unlike some of our competitors, we're experienced programmers who can also provide customised systems, so if you want something out of the ordinary, we'll be happy to give you a price for bespoke development.

If you'd like us to give you a competitive quote for hardware, please call. We also provide data transfer from existing systems, and ongoing support for as long as you need it, from £39 plus VAT per month for a single workstation. See our support page for full details.
